What Coaches Do
Coaches run practices and lead their team on game nights. Most seasons require one weeknight per week for games. Practice scheduling is up to each coach and their team.
What We Provide
All coaches receive the official NFL FLAG coaching guide, access to drills and play diagrams, and support from the league coordinator. Background check process is handled through our NFL FLAG affiliation.
Do I Need Experience?
No. Many of our best coaches are parents who love the game and love working with athletes. If you are enthusiastic and reliable, we want to hear from you.
